In these terms and conditions, the following is understood to mean:

  • In these terms and conditions will the following definitions be used in the following definitions unless it is expressly stated otherwise:
  • Product: Food supplements for horses and dogs that can be bought in this website.

Article 3 – Returns

3.1 Returns or exchanges are possible within 14 days after receiving your order. Please note the following conditions:

  • The product must not be used, opened or damaged.
  • Please return the order in the original packaging. (if possible)
  • You pay the returning fee for returning the order.
  • The return amount will be paid back within 14 days to the bank account you have specified, with the exception of Afterpay payments.

3.2 If you want to return or exchange an item, please contact us by email within 15 days of receiving your order at As soon as we have received your email you will receive a confirmation with a link to request a return label. For a return we ask a small fee that you can easily pay when requesting the return label.

3.3 When will you receive the purchase amount? After receipt of the return shipment, we will transfer the due amount to the account number that you have specified within 14 days, with the exception of Afterpay Payments.

Article 4 – Privacy

4.1 Vejovitaal B.V. uses personal data sent by you exclusively for taking care of the shipments. Your data will not be send to third parties. Address details are only used to be able to send the shipment and to prepare the invoice.

4.2 Your personal data will be included in our administration, only for tax purposes. You will not receive correspondence by mail or post, with the exception of newsletters or ordering information.

Article 5 Transport

5.1 Transport risks are for Vejovitaal B.V. As soon as you receive the packaging the risk passes on to you. Do not accept damaged packages. If you receive a damaged package, don’t open it, but please contact Vejovitaal B.V.. In the event that you open the package you may lose your right to a refund.

5.2 Unstamped returns will not be taken back.

5.3 In some cases will the package be delivered to the nearest postal point. It must be collected within 14 days. If it’s not picked up within this period, then the package will be returned. Your order will then be cancelled and your right to free shipping will expire. We will transfer the amount owed to you within three working days to you with the exception for the shipment costs.

Article 6 Delivery time

6.1 Vejovitaal B.V. deliver to products as quickly as possible. After the shipment confirmation, the product will be shipped as soon as possible. Shipments, which have been paid before 3 p.m. will be send the same day. Payment by bank transfer takes place after receipt of the payment.

6.2. Notwithstanding Article 6.1. it is possible that certain products are not in stock or are delivered too late. In that case, the delivery to you may also be slightly delayed. Vejovitaal B.V. however, strives to deliver the order to you as soon as possible.

6.3. Vejovitaal B.V. has the right to send orders in parts, for example if there is insufficient stock. This means you will have the desired products at home as quickly as possible.
