Honey & Propolis bar – based on olive, coconut and almond oils and also contains organic honey and propolis. Supports the natural healing ability of the skin, making it ideal when your horse suffers from dry, rough or irritated areas. Supports the skin’s healing ability and can help with mug, rasp, wounds and mites.
Tea Tree & Eucalypus bar – The shampoo bar contains tea tree and eucalyptus to support the skin from insect bites and itching. The ingredients contain naturally soothing properties, making them ideal for supporting troubled skin.
Poppy Seed & Lime bar – Neutralizes unwanted yellow stains in white or light coat. With the wonderfully refreshing scent of lime and an exfoliating action thanks to the poppy seeds.
Lavender bar – A true classic, wonderfully mild shampoo enriched with BIO lavender oil and lavender leaves from Provence. Moreover, the scent of lavender has naturally soothing properties.
Together, the 4 minis are about the same size as a full 180-gram PIPPA shampoo bar. A 180-gram PIPPA bar lasts between 10 to 15 full washes. If you only wash part of your horse such as the legs or tail, you will naturally do much longer with the bars. The sample pack comes standard with a convenient sisal wash bag. The bars may have a positive effect on the horse’s skin, but are not a medical device!
How do you use the PIPPA shampoo bars?
When you purchase a PIPPA shampoo bar at HorseFlex, you will receive a free wash bag as standard. With this wash bag you can easily wash your horse with a shampoo bar. First, wet your horse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Next, put the shampoo bar in the wash bag and wet it as well. By making circular movements with the shampoo bar on your horse’s body, foam is created automatically, allowing you to lather your horse nicely. Then rinse your horse and dry the body well with a sweat blade and/or towel. Then remove the shampoo bar from the wash bag and let the wash bag and soap block dry separately.
Use
- Wet your horse or part of its body
- Put the shampoo bar in the bag and wet it as well
- Rub the area to be washed, the lather will come on its own
- Rinse well with water after this
Important after use! Remove the soap from the pouch and rinse out the pouch. Allow both to dry independently of each other. (The soap stays wet in the pouch longer, so the soap will not last as long).
One bar weighs about 180 grams and lasts about 10-15 washes when you wash your horse completely. If you only wash an occasional spot on the buttock, a pair of legs or a tail then of course the bar will last much longer!
